　洞爺湖サミットが行われようとしている。世界経済を建て直し、環境を守り、アフリカから貧困をなくし、核兵器拡散の脅威を解決するために世界の八大国政府が集まるという。
　世界にそのような危機をもたらしたのはサミットに集まる政府資本家どもだ。世界経済危機は底なしだと連日新聞が悲鳴を上げている。飢えと貧困は全世界に食糧暴動を巻き起こした。当然だ。環境破壊の巨悪の根源は資本家たちだ。核不拡散だって何千発の核兵器を自ら所有し、イラク、パレスチナ、アフガンで戦争を拡大し、アフリカで殺戮を繰り広げる張本人はアメリカ政府を始めとするサミット参加国だ。奴らが即時終戦し、撤退すれば平和は人々の手に確実にもどるのだ。
　だからサミットの真の姿は見え見えだ。テーブルの下で残り少ない獲物を分捕り合う強盗同士の汚い争奪戦だ。そして全世界の人民の闘いに対する弾圧。
怒りなしにいられない。住宅投資で巨万の財を懐に入れた奴らが、今度は差押えで住民から住宅を奪い取っている。農民から土地を奪い、伝統農業をとことん解体し、すべてを利潤の対象とした。WTO、FTAのもとで農民が喰えない、生きられない現実となった。世界は絶え間ない食糧危機と食糧争奪戦の中に投げ出された。そこに株式下落で失った儲けを取り戻そうとする投機資金が流れ込んで食糧価格の未曾有の暴騰をもたらしている。
　世界に広がる飢えの苦しみ、さらにリストラ・民営化・非正規雇用拡大。なぜ働く者だけが苦しむのだ。絶対に許せない。
　われわれの体は怒りで震えている。全世界も怒りに煮えたぎっている。
　世界最大の銀行や証券会社が破産寸前だ。良いことではないか。奴らの支配はもはや永くない。労働者と農民が生産と交通を握れば飢えと失業、戦争から解放される。
　われわれは４３年間、政府の空港建設に反対し、血と汗を流して権力の農地収奪と闘い、今なお滑走路建設を阻止している。反対同盟と動労千葉の労農連帯は勝利の大きな力だ。その地平にたって農業破壊と闘い、ＷＴＯとＦＴＡ，ＥＰＡと闘う。農民の怒りと結びつく。
　われわれは訴える。
　労働者と農民は手を取り合おう。国境を越えた連帯を打ち立てよう。腐れ切った支配者どもを打倒しよう。労働者と農民のコンミューンをつくろう。生産と消費を我が手に取り戻そう。洞爺湖サミット徹底糾弾！

Farmers of Narita condemn Lake Toya Summit with anger!

Lake Toya Summit is going to be held. They say 8 world major power governments gather to rebuild world economy, to preserve global environment, to get rid of poverty from Africa and to solve the menace of proliferation of nuclear weapon.
It’s a lie! Nobody else but the governments of capitalists gathering for this summit has brought such a crisis to the world.

Newspapers scream day after day that the world economy crisis is being abysmal. It is inevitable that starvation and poverty cause food riots in the whole world. The root of the outrageous environmental destruction is the greedy actions of capitalists themselves.
Talking about the nuclear weapon non-proliferation, the ringleaders are the bosses of US and other summit-attending countries that possess several thousands of nuclear weapons, escalate war in Iraq, Palestine and Afghanistan and unfold massacre in Africa. If only they stop the war immediately and withdraw their troops, the peace returns surely to the hands of people.

Thus the true character of the summit is obvious. It is a mean and nasty competition among the robbers over a remaining amount of game. And they are stepping up repression on the fight of the people around the world. We can’t suppress our anger.

The capitalists have gained millions of fortunes by house investment, and now, they are expelling inhabitants from their houses by seizing. They have taken land away from farmers and dismantled traditional agriculture. They have changed everything into their source of profit.
We farmers are in the situation not to be able to eat, not to be able to live under the rule of WTO and FTA. The world has been thrown into constant food shortage and scramble over food. The capitalists are putting their speculation fund into food market to regain the profit they have lost by fall of stock prices and this has brought an unprecedented sharp rise of food prices.

Painful burden of starvation, restructuring, privatization and irregular employment are spreading through the world.
Why should only working people suffer? We cannot stand it any more. Our body trembles with rage. The whole world boils in anger, too.

World major banks and securities corporations are on the brink of bankruptcy. Isn’t it a good thing? Their rule will not last long. If workers and farmers take hold of production and traffic, we’ll be free from starvation, unemployment and war.
We have kept opposing to Japanese government’s airport construction for 43 years. We have been fighting strenuously against farmland plundering by the government with sweat and blood and still now are blocking the construction of a new runway.

Solidarity of farmers of Opposition League and workers of Doro-Chiba is a great power to achieve victory. We stand firmly on this solidarity and fight against destruction of agriculture, WTO, FTA and EPA. We shall be closely tied to the mounting anger of farmers.

We call on everyone. Workers and farmers! Let’s fight hand in hand. Let’s develop international solidarity across the border. Let’s overthrow corrupt rulers. Let’s build up a commune of workers and farmers. Let’s regain production and consumption in our hands.

산리즈카 농민은 도야코 G8정상회담을 분노를 담아 규탄한다!

산리즈까 시바야마 연합 공항반대동맹

도야코 정상회담이 진행된다. 세계경제를 바로세우고 환경을 보호하고 아프리카에서 빈곤을 없애고 핵무기 확산 위협을 해결하기 위해 세계 8대국 정부가 모여든단다.

세계에 이러한 위기를 가져온 것이 바로 정상회담에 모여들 정부와 자본가들이다. 세계경제위기가 밑빠졌다고 연일 신문이 비명을 지르고 있다. 기아와 빈곤은 전세계적으로 식량폭동을 일으켰다. 당연하다. 환경파괴의 장본인은 자본가들이다. 핵 불확산이라면서 몇천발의 핵무기를 보유하고 이라크, 팔레스타인, 아프가니스탄에서 전쟁을 저지르고 아프리카에서 살육을 일삼고 있는 장본인은 미국정부를 비롯한 정상회담 참가국이다. 놈들이 즉각 전쟁을 그만두고 철군하면 평화는 민중들의 손으로 되돌아오는 것이다.

따라서 G8정상회담의 진짜 모습은 명백하다. 탁자 밑에서 얼마 남지 않은 사냥감을 서로 잡으려는 강도들의 더러운 쟁탈전이다. 그리고 전세계 인민의 투쟁에 대한 탄압. 분노를 금할 수 없다.

주택투자로 거액의 돈을 챙긴 놈들이 이번에는 주택을 압류하고 주민을 내쫓고 있다. 농민으로부터 토지를 빼앗아 전통농업을 아예 해체하며 모든 것을 이윤의 대상으로 만들었다. WTO와 FTA 하에서 농민이 먹고살수 없는 현실이 나타났다. 세계는 끊임없는 식량위기와 식량쟁탈전 속에 내던져졌다. 거기에 주식하락으로 놓친 이익을 되찾으려는 투기자금이 흘러들며 식략가격의 사상초유의 폭등을 가져오고 있다.

세계적으로 번지는 기아의 고통, 그리고 구조조정, 민영화, 비정규직 확산. 왜 일하는 자만이 고통을 받아야 되는가. 절대 용납할 수 없다. 우리 몸은 분노로 떨리고 있다. 전세계 역시 분노로 들끓고 있다.

세계최대의 은행과 증권회사가 파산 직전에 있다. 환영할만한 일이다. 놈들의 지배는 이제 오래가지 않을 것이다. 노동자와 농민이 생간과 교통을 장악하면 기아와 실업, 전쟁으로부터 해방될 것이다.

우리는 43년 동안 정부의 나리타공한 건설를 반대하여 피땀을 흘리며 공권력의 농지수탈에 맞서 아직도 활주로 건설을 저기하고 있다. 공항반대동맹과 도로찌바(국철찌바동력차노동조합) 간의 농노연대는 승리를 위한 큰 힘이다. 그 지평에 서서 농업파괴에 맞서 WTO와 FTA, EPA와 투쟁할 것이다.
우리는 호소한다.
노동자와 농만은 서로 손을 잡자.
국경을 넘는 연대를 바로세우자.
썩어버린 지배자들을 타도하자.
노동자와 농민의 코뮌을 만들자.
생산과 소비를 우리 손으로 되찾자.
